I like skunk plants. They sure can withstand a lot of abuse and can never get too many nutes. Do a search on www.drchronic.com for skunk. ;)

i am using 1 light in a 4t x 2.5 ft cupboard,1 fan .
should i be using anything else for a soil grow

I would go with Lowryder or a pure indica.

I thought most purple strains are sativas? :confused2: Which are tough to grow indoors.

Atleast the 1's i got through the DOC from Seedsman are Genetics, Skunk, Variety, Mostly Sativa(80%) Type F1 Hybrid. Characteristics, Easy to grow nice coloured buds.
So far its been easy, nice fast growth and responds well to LST but like Mutt said most you will find are Sativas thats purple, i looked for Indica but didnt find any pure so went with this. You may like it so far i do

Twilight is a 100% indica... I grew that and Skunk in one reservoir my first hydro grow. The skunk loved me and Twilight got burned to a crisp a few times. The gallery will unfortunately support that comment :o

Sorry if I'm hijacking the thread but I'm new to growing and the term "LST" is foreign to me. I've tried searching it but I don't really get anything. Is LST the process of tying the plant down or is it something else?

Thanks. I purchased the "...Grower's Bible" by Jorge Cervantes and it's got a section on tying down but doesn't mention the acronym "LST".

I just have to recommend Northern Skunk (http://www.peakseedsbc.com/seeds.htm) (DOH, they're sold out now).
Was a very easy plant to grow, it took a lot of abuse. Anything with Northern Lights, or Skunk, as a cross, I would recommend.
