noticed growth

i have noticed that when a plant is very young just cotyledons and developing three limb leafs that growth is extremely slow under low wattage flouros. yet when the first three limb leaves are fully developed growth gradually starts to accelerate.

because the leaves are like solar panels the more and bigger they are the more photosynthesis can occur thus letting the plant grow more rapidly. so when there are few and small leazves the growth will be slower

and also with low wattage cfl`s, the further away the seedling is from the light source the less photosynthisis occurs.
