Please help, Remove seed?

Hey guys, I have 5 plants growing and the seed still hasnt fell off. I see the leaves but do I need to remove the seed shell or just let it fall off naturally? Also if anyone has any info or chart on watering, cant seem to find nothing on amounts of water to give and I dont want to drown them. Thanks, check out my first grow in progress, god knows i could use the help.

you can carefully take the seed part off the leaves might wanna have a small knife ready you may have to cut the little sac of it to get it to seperate and as far as watering goes that depends on how big you plants are and how big the potter is that they are in id say a cup or 2 of water since they are only seedlings will be plenty for now

Be careful and pull apart the shell....very carefully!
