what should i try?

I'm going to grow in a flood/drain system in rock wool and clay pellets with a 400watt hps light, smell isn't a concern but high yield, high quality, pretty easy to grow is a must. thanks for any advice

A very cheap feminized seed "The CHURCH" by GreenHouse seed company...I bought 5 seeds for $30 and I just got done with a grow and I yielded 5oz dried from one plant under a 600watt HPS, flood and drain w/clay balls...Very good high if you like the head high racing thoughts...I get overwhelmed when I smoke to much. I also made some butter that nearly made me call 911! LOL!

I am not promoting Greenhouse, I am simply giving my reprt in hopes to help...I am very new to growing (2 grows and working on 3rd, NL 6 plants) so I really do not even know if 5oz from one plant is good.

Skunk strains can withstand a lot of abuse IME. They also have a fairly decent yield. GL on your hunt. ;)
