Where to get seeds from?

I was wondering what my options are for obtaining some seeds. I am very nervous about buying over ine internet and having them shipped to my house. Does anyone know if you can purchace seeds at dispensaries? I am a medical user and would rather just buy my seds discreetly than order them off the net. But for those of you that do order from different seed banks what precautions do you use?

We order online and live in the states. We always have them shipped to a safe addy (girlfriends house). Never have your beans shipped to the address your gonna grow at. ;)
