Grow room hieghts

I have read through this thread alot about different sizes of a grow box's and that been months ago..

My question is this ?
I have a box that is 3x4x 30 inches in hieght is this a good size for a starter room ?
It going to be under my Flower room and on top there about 5 foot in hieght and total hieght of the whole box is just over 7 foot...

I have 4 footer, 3 of them, with day light bulbs would this be a good set up??

but being 4 footers hard to move them up and down in that space!!
I can stack some wood under the pots to get closer..

I have a 3'X4' space, slightly taller (6 ft.) that I use as my flower room. I am able to put 2 400 W units in it and up to 9 flowering plants. I use a rotating schedule, removing a plant and adding another about every 2 weeks. I usually run my operation only from early winter thru early summer, then I do an outdoor grow during the summer. I do alot of LST'ing to keep an even canopy. I have a completely seperate room for vegging and my mother plants. Usually everything is started from seeds, but when I find an outstanding plant, I develop a mother and run clones from her...

so r u saying that every 2 weeks when u take a plant out it's done ??

what is the light on ur mother like? cfl or mh..
