Does anyone reccomend folair feeding during the veg stage and if so when should I start?
Also during flower should I avoid folair feeding on the buds.(Its organic nutes)
Thanks,Dro:cool2:

Nothing wrong with folair feeding. You can start the same time you would using nutes.
Ive always been kinda "iffy",with spraying the buds.It should be alright in the first few weeks, but nothing after that due to mold issues..

Ok thanks wise man another quick question I hope you don't mind answering:)
When is the best time to spray them when the light turns on, Mid day or when the light is about to turn off.
Thanks,Dro:cool2:

IMO what wise man said is good man feed in veg but not in flower. i use the foiler feed too but just with plain water. and i do that a couple of times a day once after the lights are on for a couple of hours and then again a couple of hours before they go off.

When running a HID,its best to spray just after the lights go off,so the plants can absord all the moisture before the light comes back on.
the only problem with folair feeding when your using HIDS,and there on,is when water droplets are left on the leaves they magnify the light, causing a burn.So if there a droplets left after sprayin, slightly rub em in.

On a side note... It is fine to foliar feed during flower... Just keep your hand behind the leaf you are spraying so you don't hit the buds.
..If you provide a proper nutrient regime and environment, there is "no need" for foliar feeding. , at all, any stage.
Then you're neither risking burns or mold..:)

I would say this is very good advice if you are planning to foilar feed.. I have attached a picture of exactly what WM was talking about with the little burns.. This picture was taken from my most recent grow during veg when i would foilar feed with the lights on under a 150watt HPS light.. You can see the little burns which aren't a big deal but could potential cause some stress issues.. Hope this helped! :D
EDIT: Ha thats funny just realized that was my profile picture as well.. Just a artistic shot I thought
