Street Light, for Growing??

what if i happen to find a Street light, like the Red,yellow, and green signal lights.
could i take out the red light device, and rewire or something, and use it to flower. The lights around here are Red LED's, they look like the right Red too.
Im not going to go cut one down or anything, but i have seen a bunch of them at a factory around here.

i dont no if it will work our not but i no if i could get 1 id take it just as decoration lol id attach a plug to it some how if i could that would be pretty cool to have like in a game room our somethin like that

ur right, i do have a "chill" room with 2 sofas in it , tv, smoking room. and it already has a mini stop light, Red is for Bar closed, yellow is last call, Green is Bar Open.
its from some bar in the 80's.....still cool though, and a huge one would be cool too.
do you know how big they are though....huge!!

is it me or isnt most of those stop lights made to use halogen bulbs in them, i know that there are some that are led now and it very well may be possible to do an led stop light grow ( that would be one kool light hood) but at the same time im thinking that you may have to go in and custom make the lighting panels for it.
