12/12 form the start

so ive been reading up on the whole starting with the light on 12/12 and i wanted to do about 10 plants cause i figure i could grow 6 in the space i have so assuming some would be male by the time i could tell they would still be small enough that i would have room for 10 to start. i was going to start them in styrofoam cups like 12oz or something but how tall do you think these plants would get and what size pots would i need to finish the process?

As for size i believe that would mostly depend on strain.. My guess would be most satvia wouldn't reach over 3 feet and most indica wouldn't reach over 2 feet but thats just a guess based on some past grows (last satvia reached 2 and a half about on last 12/12 grow).. As for pot size i wouldn't go any smaller than 3 gallons for their final home (my plant became root bound in a 3 gallon pot towards the end of flowering).. but some of the super growers here have done amazing things in just 16oz cups so i guess it just all depends..
