Best kelvin Temp? 3000k ???

just wondering if 3000k for a cfl is the ideal kelvin temp.

3000K is good for flowering.
For Vegi you need about 6400K.
How many Watts does it have?

Have you thought about maybe using a 150W or 250W HPS and HPI-T ?
They have more Lumen.... ;)

ya i know, all my other grows were with either a 1000w hps, or a 400w hps...they pack alot of power...i kno this.
But im trying a CFL grow this time around..
I moved, and dont feel like installing a whole new ventilation system, dont want to worry about heat, dont want to worry about plants being burned, dont want to pay a crap ton to run two 1000w hps, running 2000w worth of hps is costly.
plus im running a whole seperate AC unit, thats pricy too, and all the fans.

this is way cheaper, i have a ton of lights and i havent spent over $100

(of course with a reflector)

Those are very good cfl´s.

2700k is for flowering..... just google for ENVIROLITE, 200 W, 2700 K.
