Grow Cab Help Needed

I plan on building a small grow cabinet this weekend. The space it will sit in is very small, 12"l X 18"w X 4.5' h. I plan on using cfl's all over, on the top and both sides.

The thing I dont understand, however, is just how to wire this whole thing together. Ive been reading SO much about all of this on this site and people always say things like "wire it up" without explaining. Im asking if I go to a place like home depot and buy a few light fixtures and some fans, what will I need to wire it all together? I consider myself a fairly intelligent and dextrous person so Im sure these things arent out of my range of comprehension or ability, I just need a little instruction:o

Anyone who can help me out, please do, as I havent the first clue where to begin.

Well it all depends on what your gonna buy. If your gonna go with say those bathroom light fixtures that hold 3 or 4 lights your gonna need one of those heavy duty orange extension cords. All ya do is cut the cord match the wires and BAM your good to grow. Very easy to wire.
