I have 5 plants that have just germinated and broken through the soil. The are under a 3 CFL system for a few weeks before I move them to the grow room and 1000w HPS. The CFL grow box is 92 degrees is that to hot? Do I need some ventilation or air flow during this stage? Any opinions?

92 is too hot for seedlings.

Think about the time of year seeds germinate in the wild. Springtime. Temps are milder, and the sun is not so blazing hot. Seedlings will get cooked if you don't lower the temp to at least 85. 75 to 80 would be the best for seedlings......

Yes 92 is way to high if your going for ideal conditions.. Even if you were to add CO2 (which i would deff recommend if you plan on growing under these conditions) 90 is about as high as you want to go man. I would recommend some good ventilation to get those temps down and air flow is also a must.. Good luck

Yes it is. This is straight from Jorge Cervantes MJ Bible."Daytime temps above 85F or 29C or below 55F or 13C will slow/stop growth. Maintaining proper, constant temperature in the grow room promotes strong, even healthy growth"
