When i water my plant i do it in the early morning, about 45min after the light goes on.. i water the dirt and mist the leaves. can i still mist the leaves as she flowers? or will it make the budd bad?

I would not mist buds. but I do not foliar feed at all.
Could cause mold.

I wouldn't mist them at all. I don't because it could cause mold and if you mist it too much you could risk burning the leaves depending on the strength of your light and the distance they are away from that light.

really you can but you dont want to get the buds wet once they start forming cause it can cause mold. Also when foiler feeding and using an HID if the light is too close to the plant tops it can cause burns on the leaves. i foiler feed vegging plants 2 times a day once jsut after the lights come on a light mist and then just after they go off same light IMO this helps strengthen the plants limbs and stalk as there is more weight to the branches and leaves to weigh it down for a short period of time. Then while they are flowering i still foiler feed for the first couple of weeks untill i see good bud sites and then i stop it all togother unless i see that there is some spot that looks like dirt or perlite on a fan and then ill mist it off but i put my hand infront of any bud sites that may get hit.

Foliar misting is good for plants, any plant.>)

Having said that, let me explain, We live in the mold belt (north coast Cali) And i mist just about every day=>O

A few things to keep in mind:

When misting under a light; add a few drops of dish soap, this breaks the surface tention of the water (no drops more of a sheen) so there's no magnifying of light, ergo no burnt leaves;>)

to reduce the occurance of mold, I have 2 16" oscillating fans covering 10 plants in a 5x5' room haven't had any prob since adding second fan, and I also use a product called Seranade for desease and mold control!>)

O! I also use these methods right up to harvest, 'cause I stetch harvest out over a period of 3-4 weeks letting the next set of buds mature in the light after remove the upper buds that have been shading the lower, etc.>)

All I do when I want to trimmore bud is hose 'em down gently to rinse any yucky stuff that might be still on buds:>)
