Organic Soil Mix For Flowering?

Anyone know a good soil organic soil mix for flowering(ferts preferably in aus)

And is it ok to mix in mushroom compost,cow manure and chook poo or are they mostly for veg?

Although over here in aus we dont have any of the foxfarm range.Should'nt be to hard finding another substitute for it.

you can just mix up your own..using peat moss, and a goodsoil with no nutes..and some sand for good drainage...ect//ect
