Are these nutes okay?

I picked up some nutes today, its called "Bloom Burst" and it says on the box that its 10-52-10 (NPK) would this work for mj? that 52 phosphate seems a bit high.. but i would not use it at full strength either, any thoughts?

id say 1/2 at the most later down in its life 1/4 right now
