I have some litle white bugs in my soil. Is that normal and what should i do if not

Hey I moved this over to the nursery section.

B. grunt posted some things on white flies. that homeade repellent will work. worked great for me. you want to get rid of em. Afids/gnats/whiteflies any bug except praying mantis and ladybugs are bad. (daddy long legs are good too.)
