Hello fellow growers....I am going to take some clones today when lights come on...my ? is can I send the donors into flower after or should I veg them longer? and if so how long? Thanks for all your help.

you can simply put the donor into flower immediately.

That depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
You can send unrooted clones into flower, to determine sex of the host plant when it is unknown. This keeps the host vegging until you are ready to flower if the cutting turns out to be female. This example is seen in A S.A.G.E. in time GJ that is current now.
If you try to make an unrooted cutting grow roots and flower with 12/12 lighting, you will not end up with a satisfactory bud, IMHO.
It takes a lot of energy to make flowers, and if the roots are not there to take up nutes, then the plant is forced to thrive on its own energy. This will certainly detract from the ability of the plant to make decent flowers for you.
I'd give the clone at least several weeks of root development before sending into flower, if bud off that plant is what you are looking for.
