Supercropping

How does it work? how do i do it? can i do it during flowering no buds yet?

if you don't need to (no height restrictions) during flowering, don't. the plant will need to repair itself after the supercropping, so it's not busy making buddage in the meantime... you will get lower yield and slower bud production. it's best to do it durring veg.
