Small fluorescent question

Hey guys, i had five plants originally growing but now i only have one( the rest are outside. Im using 2 65watt fluorescent bulbs and some fire safety cover from wallmart. Is good enough to flower with a good yield( yes i no HPS is better and that HID would be better but thats for my next grow)?

Flowering with 2 65watt flouros, you won't be happy with the results. My advice would be to put them outside if the climate in your area is suitable, which it should be if you already have plants outside.

alright, is it possible though that I add light to it, this should improove the result?
