It's an animated GIF so you need a special tool for resizing. This site should do the trick, you can do it right on the site without having to install anything.

Actually, I'm not sure if this site supports animated GIFs. I think once you add it to your profile, it is going to **** the life out of it, sorry :(

Thanks THC,I got it to be under the 100x100 pixels that it needs to be.But I cant get it under the 9.8 KB that it needs to be.I am using this site http://www.gifworks.com/image_editor.html Can any one help?
