Please help!! I'm dying here

I smoked pot last night for the first time in 5 years. I though my heart was going to explode out of my chest and I've been sick as a dog. Anybody else have this happen to them? I haven't been able to sleep at all, heart rate is way up, horrid nausea, the works. Does anybody know of anything that can help???

I cant sleep when I havent smoked in a while and then get my sack and smoke some but never sick or heart rate rising...mybe your having anxiety attack..maybe should not smoke..I know send some to me and I will test it for you..lol Sorry Man couldn't help myself..Hope you get better my FRIEND
