heat problems/1000W cool tube question??? pls hlp!

i'm having massive heat problems im my 2x2x2meter tent, and i'm not filling the area very well with my 600 watt hps light with shade. i alewady have 2 fans citculating in the tent and a 150mm fan as an outake, and it's damn hot because of the light and shade, of course.

are cool tubes any good?? if so how good??? how much cooler do they make things?

would i be able to go 1000 watts in my tent with a cool tube??

any suggestions would be appreciated! my baby plants are stunted at 2inches because of heat stress!!!!!! HHHHEEEELLLPPPPP!!!!!

Well I take it that the 600 is not air cooled???????? With an area that size a 1000 that is air cooled will work great if you can't air cool the 6.
