i've ripped my leaf is this going to cause my plant to die? will it heal itself, should i worry???

One of the "newer" leafs ripped on his plant....he was wondering if it was going to harm the plant...or possibly kill it.

for you, that would be like jamming yer finger....it will be sore for a while but you will make a 100 percent recovery. same for the plant. :)
