ok so i was wonder what is best for the plant 24/0 or 18/4?

18/4 thats only 22 hrs. i use 24/0. i found the more light the more growth....and it works for me. :)

I would go with 24/0 for about 2-4 weeks for veg. Then hit them with the 12/12 for flower. Some people go with 12/12 from the start.
