lighting time

hey eveyone,
i need help on the amount of time i should have my light on, it had been 3 weeks since the seed had sprouted and i have the lights on 24hrs, is this right? until they grow as tall as i want? or should i have the light off for some period of time. They are about 5inches high now

yea 24 hrs to me is the best but some people do 18/6 its up to you whatever you prefer

when should i change it?

the only time i would change it would be when you are going to flower and then you would change it to 12hrs on 12 hrs off
