a little help please

Can someone help me out with a good place to read up and learn on how to grow hydro. Ive been reading a lot here but I need something that can explain the basics from start to finish. My seeds have germed and then I put them in rockwool and now i have them on a plate with about a quarter inch of water in it. I dont even know if im doing this right. Any help would be appreciated.

^ good link. the diy threads are another great place to start. theres a search feature on the toolbar, click it then go to advanced search. you can search by text or headlines.
