Can I Top?

Can I top this plant. Its 3 weeks old and it has a few pistols showing. Is it still possible? Thanks in advance.

Pic would be helpful but 3 weeks and pistils are showing? :confused: What light schedule are you on? I don't top till at least 4-5th week of veg. Even then I have since quit topping...I just snap a neck and I get to keep the original top. sorta like "pinching". ;)
but I just bend em over till they snap. They heal but side branching grows out well too. :D
