curing questions

i heard curing in a brown paper bag is good for curing. but i'm familar with just hanging them upside down for a few days. but whats the best way to get the best from the bud. if just letting them hang is good, how long should i hang them for. is there a sign that they give to indicate they're done?

Bend a bud about once a week - when the stem snaps, its dry. Then they can go into mason jars.
