this might be a stupid question but i have heard that the female plants can be pollinated from other plants not just a male matijuana plant is this true?

Only if they turn hermaphroditic and pollinate themselves. Or do you mean a completely different plant?

If that were so i would guess maybe rag weed would be a close match because they have the white hairs to make seeds like mj does and im certain they wont polinate each other.

because pollen from many species float in the air, and there is a significant chance that pollen from other species will land on a fertile stigma of a waiting female plant, cannabis has evolved a recognition system that insure only species-specific pollen is able to germinate on the style and thus fertilize the females ovules. There is physical and biochemical recognition between the pollen grain and the stigmatic surface; together these insure the species identity.
