Hey there Blazin. Good to have you here. Make sure to take a good look around the forums. There is tons of info on here that will definitely help you on your way.
I don't know much about hydro but I can help you with the lights. You may want to build yourself a box to maximize your light. How many plants are you planning on growing? Seeds or clones? If you plan to use the entire shed, that's 80 square feet. That would take approx. 4000 to 6000 watts of light to light it. More would be better but that would light it up decently. Like I said, you may want to build yourself a grow room in that shed to maximize your light. I can't really help you any more as you haven't provided enough info. Keep us posted. Take care and be safe.

Obviously, that one Garden of Ease is not to fill that entire 10' x 8' shed. Those Garden of Ease Systems are 16" x 16" if I'm not mistaken. Height is not considered when calculating how much light you need in a grow room. Assuming the plants are going outgrow the 16" x 16" garden of ease, we can say that you'l probably need lighting for a 2' x 2' (24" x 24") space. A 125 W HPS puts out approximately 12,000 lumens. Considering you'll need a light to cover atleast 4 sq ft. (2' x 2') and 5000 lumens per square ft. are needed, you'll need 20,000 lumens. ALL of that said, your light will be sufficent for the beginning phases, but when flower comes, you'll probably want something a little bigger, maybe 250 watt or possibly a 400 (probably overkill for this grow but would be a worthwhile investment since it could be used in bigger grows since you have a ton of space!!!!) I think I may have blown the KISS method out the water in this reply so let me know if any of this doesnt' make sense or is not right and i'll try again.
