has anyone every grown island sweet skunk (jordan of the Islands) ? if so can u give me any tips. What Nutes? and mainly to top or not to top?

Got a link as to where we can find that strain? Usually the seedbank will give you a little info as to what types of nutrients and how much to use. It also depends alot on the kind of nutrients you use. Your best bet would be to get a veg fert with a high Nitrogen ratio and a flower fert with high P & k ratio. And always start with less than the recommended dosage to see how your plants respond.
