Supercropping???

I heard some disscusion about supercroping and kind of got scatterd ansers. So here are my questions...

1.What is supercroping?

2.How do I supercrop?

3.Would it benifit your plants to supercrop when your plants are flowering?

1. Super cropping is when you pinch your stems to bruise them and cause the plant to concentrate on its sides not its top, it stunts its growth, Some people pinch everything from the main stem to the fan leaves... It just helps control size and helps it thicken up...

trillions of atoms has a great thread,post, article....one of those. its when you squeeze the stem just until you feel it collapse and it heels back bigger and stronger. there's other reasons too but ill let you hunt the thread on it so i dont have to, im too baked!

DO not supercrop in flower, dont stress your plant in flower, ever. You can, but your harvest will show:eek: serioulsy, the plants budding, dont mess with it now:ignore:

Yeah dont do anything in flower...in veg you can pinch ( supercrop) and she will heal and then you will have colas fitting to be Big Bud..supercroping helps to keep plant low as well as LST ( Low Stress Training )...I did some just to practice..Good luck my friend
