I Have Flys!!!!!! ***?

ok yesterday i came home to checc how my plants were doing and there where 3 small blacc flies on my plants... i dont understand how they even got there because where i got my plants growin it seems impossible for any flying bugs to get through...... is it because of the light i have thats attracting the flies or is it the plant that they want??

Are fungas gnats black? or is it a house fly?

They look just like this. Not sure if they are brown or black Growdude. Maybe brownishblack. :p
