Gibberellic Acid!!!

:holysheep: Gibberellic acid (GA3) is what Nirvana and Headshopsupply.com use for Fem seeds.You can buy it for cheap on the net so why do people keep buying pricey Fem seeds. Also, ive read that its better to buy in powder form and mix it yourself because the acid was probably mixed 2 weeks or more weeks ago.

not sure what your getting at, but its a growth hormone naturally found in plants. plants need small amounts of it, very small amounts .01-.010 mg/l or so. Also the powerder is its purified form. its primary used for:


1) stimulate rapid stem growth,

2) induce mitotic division in the leaves of some plants,

3) increase seed germination rate.

What are feminized cannabis seeds? When you are buying cannabis seeds you need to select from feminized or regular. Of course you will notice the price for feminized is on average about 3 times the price but you may want to start with feminized because you may not want to take a chance with having a male invade your grow. A feminized cannabis plant is created by giving a plant two XX chromosomes. Feminized seeds only have X chromosomes and if germinated and sprouted and grown properly your plant will grow into a female. This process can take a long time to sex a plant and is achieved using Gibberellic acid which will give a male flower the pollen to contain only X chromosones to make feminized cannabis. When the pollen is spread to a female it will only produce female seeds.
