Store bought with compost with manewer

i saw sum of this for like 3$ and it said made with leaves,lawn clipings and cow poo which is all organic but it said it has 5-5-5 in it but it didnt say slow realese.is this stuff ok to use in my soil mix?

I'd do 1/4 that and 3/4 top soil. ;)
My starter mix is:
1/4 cow poo/compost
3/4 Top soil
and some gardening lime (about 2 tablespoons per 3 gallons of dirt)

You won't need to feed for at least a month.

My mix is 1pt peat moss, 1pt perlite, 1pt mushroom compost. I add 1 tablespoon of dolomite lime per gallon of mix.
