I have read all of the tutorials on the board about cloning. I could not find a reference to a lite schedule after the clones are in there new home. I needed to ask as I will be adding some clones soon. Since a clone has alreaady gone through much of a "veg" period can they not be put into flower shortly after sustainable growth?? I only have cloned once before so I could use some pointers. Thanks:)

You can go directly to 12/12 - my friend did it right from seed and got great one big cola plants, he does it from clones now too. :o

yes u could put them into flowering. But remember your clones is the same age as the mother. U would wont to wait for bout a month before u put them into flowering so they could build good root growth.

I used to grow SOG.
All my cuttings were rooted in pre-warmed jiffy pellets, soaked in seaweed extract.
Once rooted I transplanted into 4ltr pots, and as a rule would grow them on in my veg room for 2 weeks, 18hr days before moving into my flowering room.
I have used transplanted rooted clones straight into flower 12/12.
I personally found that I had better results if the clones were allowed to put in some root growth before moving into flower.
Overall finished size is another concern.
The longer you keep a clone in veg state the larger your finished plant will be.
How much vertical growth will you room allow?

room is now a big problem as I new it would. I have ryders and Afghani's in early flower. the ryders will be done a little before the afghans, ssoooooo,I have no room for 24/7 for clones. I have to make a small area in a closet and my wife will go ballistic when she finds it. Stealth is the word. I will veg the clones inside until I am done with the power grow in the garage.

If time will allow, take clones of your clones.
Label each mother and label each clone accordingly.
This way you can decide on harvest weight or potency as to which of your mothers to keep in production.

Forgot to say,
When the clones begin to root, very slowly begin to open the propagator vents.
You don't want to shock those babies.
Acclimatise them gently, before you pot them on.
