I know how much the board just loves these unimportant "things" but this is driving me crazy. When I see an old post with several pages I see the latest reply in the middle, usually today. How do you easily find the last statements made in a post? I usually find threads that are old and I want to read the current reply's, not month old reply's I ahve already read. I also hope to have a pic for botm posting soon.

Are you saying that the posts are out of chronological order when you open a thread? If so that's weird, everything's always in order by default for all the forums I visit.

to the right of there name is a horizontal arrow
click the arrow

I am not a stoned idiot. When I clicked on a post with many pages I clicked on page 1 and sometimes get very old posts. I wanted to read the new post and I was given the answer by Uncle. If someone has never been shown how to do something it doesn't mean they are to stoned or dumb.

I think there is a setting that shows newer posts 1st and older ones last on threads.....play around with your settings, if thats indeed what youre wanting.

If you want to just read the last post of the thread, just click on the little arrow next to the last posters name....?

Well, I AM a stoned idiot.. :p hee hee.. and had difficulty interpretting your post, but I think I "get it" now. ;)
A thread with several pages of posts, will show the earliest/oldest posts on page 1, the most recent/latest will be displayed on the final page.

Dont click ont he thread name, There is a page list in smaller text to the thread name. click on the last page number or the 'last page' option in that list....

Or another thing you can do, is after you read all the posts in the forums, pull down the Quick Links Menu in the top bar and hit the Mark Forums read option in there...... when you log back in, clic on the link at the top of the page where it tells you how many 'New Posts' since you last were here.... that will take you directly to the latest posts in the threads I beleive.
