Calyx Location?

So i have 4 babies in my closet all about 2 weeks into flower. Three of them are Nirvana strains (BM,SW,NL) and one is a badseed grow. Now on all three of my nirvana plants the caylxs are across from each other(Picture 1). But on my bagseed plant they are diagonal(Picture 2 other calyx is on left back). Is this just a strain thing or what. Just kinda wondering. Thnx.

you mean you have alternating calyxes? That just means your plant is mature.
