Your challenge is this...
I give you a word and you must take 1 letter away from it and make a new word (no mixing of letters, they have to stay in order), when you have done that you take another letter away and make another word until you only have 1 letter left

For example .. Stank
take away the letter S and your left with Tank, take away the letter K and your left with Tan, take away the letter T and your left with An, take away the letter N and you have completed the challenge and you left with the letter A

Any single letter can be removed from anywhere in the word but all remaining letters must = a genuine word read from left to right
