Consider MP as one big library. A moderator is like a librarian. We make sure all the "books" get put in the correct section. We try to ensure that the library is kept clean and tidy. Occassionally, disruptive people may be asked to leave the library. Basically, we just try to make sure that this place runs smoothly for everyone. We do not receive any payment whatsoever for our time ;)
