I have a problem with one of my two ladies!pics

I have two sativa female plants outside and i wanted to give them some nutes to grow better and i gave them a little to much iron(Fe) and one of them became yellow on the tips of internodes and on the main top!what should i do to prevent somenthing bad hapenin to my lady?
please help me!it is getting worse every day

seeing how they are outdoor, about the only thing I can suggest is you flood the crap outta the plant with plain water...

and in future, give your nutes VERY week at the start....
