No. You need way more intake--some of it can be passive. The A/C has an air demand of its own. How are you venting the A/C? A 465 cfm exhaust is also most likely not enough. I have a 3 x 6 x 7.5 room that has twice the ventilation--the key to keeping the room cool enough.
Two 400W lights are only going to give you 32W per sq ft--you really want to be at 50W for flowering. So, consider 600W HPS rather than 400s. 600s give more lumen per watt and the light penetration is far better.

what do you recomend for more fresh air intake and we will be venting the A/C out of our 5x5x8 room into the room we built our grow room in is that ok. and also we will be useing a 1000W HPS for flowering and do you think this will be noticed on the hydro bill and if u have and suggestions plese let me no

I recommend you get a large floor stand model type, or bookshelf oscellating fan (10-12") for general airflow/movement... you are trying to emmulate the wind, not a gentle/minimal breeze.

hey wes...that 1000k will run up your bill but if you pay your bill I wouldn't worry..Be sure that the intake air is comeing for outside not just the next room...I use a 6" intake with a inline fan helping to pull air in..also I have two Bathroom fans at the top of shed to aid in the heat release...when I am up at full op I am running 2600 watts most 18/6.. I replaced all my house lights with cfl to help lower my bill as well.. hey wes why the AC? is it that hot in the tent?...whats on the walls of the area?...keep us posted my friend

hey wesley...I chose not to grow in the summer due to the HEAT issues..your temps are okay...dont go above 90..they will sloww down..try and stay between 77-85 lights on..and when lights off try and be 10-15 degrees lower when lights out..and when flowering remember no light leaks..total darkness..Hope this helps..keep us posted my friend

In the summer, I run my lights at night and have dark time during the day to help with the heat issues.
I have a dual outlet plug called a thermo cube that turns on when the temp hits 78 and shut off when the temp gets down to 70. I have 2 fans that pull cool air into the grow room from the crawl space. I use 2 identical computer fans to cool my light. One for intake and one for exhaust. In the summer, I pull cool air from the crawl space or inside the house. In the winter, it is reversed. I exhaust the hot air from the light into my bedroom to help warm the space. I have a large bathroom type exhaust fan mounted on the ceiling that exhausts out through the ceiling. I have an oscillating fan that is on a timer and turns on for 15 minutes every 2 hours. In the winter I have to use a heater to keep the closet warm enough, even though it is a closet in my bedroom--the interior walls of the closet are insulated as well (or better) than my exterior walls.
So that is basically the ventilation set-up in my flowering closet. I can keep the temp pretty dialled in.
