This plant has been sick for 3 weeks now. Every new leaf that grows imediatly has brown spots and then begins to die, gets dry. I am guessing this must come from the roots, when i transplanted it i noticed the tips of some roots had rotted....
can anyone help?

well if the roots are rotting it must be root rot. stop all watering let the soil dry completly. MJ plants like water but only when they need it. you should let the soil on the top 2-4 inches of you plants dry completly before you water.

When watering your plants. If the leaves are drooping, but are rich and soft you are overwatering the plants. If the leaves are drooping but somewhat stiff and coarse or dry feeling you are not watering enough. You always want to give your plants a good chance to soak up as much water as possible from your previous watering before you water them again. I like to stick my finger in the dirt and if it is dry a full inch down it is time to water again unless my plants tell me they need it sooner.
