Who has the Super Cropping thread on their Signature?

Been looking for over half an hour, and cant seem to find it/him.
Someone here has a signature with a thread about stopping stretch, or Super Cropping. Found the post on LST, that mentions HST, but that thread does not explain the HST, but gives great details on LST. http://www.marijuanapassion.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1519&highlight=stretch
