couple ?'s for you cell phone pic takers

i usually use a usb cable but if you can send it to an email address that should work, or send the pic to someone who can do one of the first two things.

ok,so you hook the usb cord up from the phone to the comp..then how do you get it into the comp? do i need a certain program to upload it? like photo shop or somethin? (thanks)

Whoa why are you taking pictures with your cellphone? Man thats like walking around with a jacket on that says I grow marijuana ask me how. Not only are cell phones a major no no when talking about drugs etc they are also a favorite target for you neighborhood techno wenie. Remember when all the info got stolen remotely off of Paris Hilton's cell phone and for some reason the major media thought we cared. Well that can happen to you to. You may not think you are a target but systems and gadgets get broken into everyday just to see if the person can do it. Take that risk if you want to but I would highly recommend against it.

VERY GOOD POINT.I JUST FIGURED IT'D BE SAFE.SINCE I'VE SEEN PEOPLE IN HERE POST FROM A CELL PHONE.I'VE TAKIN PICS OF ILLEGAL STUFF W/ A CELL PHONE..JUST NEVER UPLOADED THEM TO THE NET.WOULDNT IT BE SAFE,IF TH PHONE DIDNT HAVE SERVICE HOOKED UP..LIKE JUST AN OLD CAMRA PHONE THAT DOESNT HAVE SERVICE ON IT? I suppose, disable bluetooth on it as well. Why not just pic up a cheapo digi camera they are like 40 bucks.

...if i can use this camra phone then i would beable to invest that 40 bucks into my growroom or a bag..why spend if you already have something that'll work?

most camera phones take such low quality photos you could prolly draw a better picture anyhows. my phone service wants to charge me 5$ a month to be able to sent pix and then they charge me by the byte to send it. kills the phone bill in no time at all. and is so very unsecure. like the other person said just get a cheep digi cam. be better off in the long run. but.... if you ger a usb cord for it and you run windows it should show up in `mycomputer` as a removeable drive and you should be able to open the pix that way. the usb cable will prolly cost as much as a cheep cam tho. good luck

not usually sometimes certain phones require you install there program to get more money from you after you buy the phone, but if its newer you can bluetooth it if you have capability on your comp. but if you can connect to via usb you should be able to right click the start logo( assuming you run windows), highlight explore then on the left column it should be either the name of your phone, or it might be called removable disc, but you should be able the find the photo then drag and drop to desktop or copy it or something.
