To buy some MJ related DVD's or books, but I can't/won't get them online for multiple reasons...I was wondering what books/DVD's you could reccomend for me? More outdoor growing material would be appreciated. I've seen some stuff around my town, but none that I want to waste my money on without some suggestions.
search youtube, for vid's.. or there are many free online books
;)

Why would you need books?
ANYTHING you need to learn can be learnt here, the difference is .... learning it here is learning from experienced growers, not someone who collected info from research and had a book printed.
With a book its hard facts, no-one to put thier .02c in, in a book if you have questions you only have the authors view, here you get many views and advice on many different ways to correct problems, we are a living book with idea's, innovations, a mine full of information and the best bit? your part of this living book :)

Ok OK oK
I can see what your saying hippy
Me
I just gota say I prefer Books.
I have enough trouble as it is storing information in my head.
With a GOOD book it is always on hand.
Now don't get me wrong I have learnt a lot since joining this site.
Yes a wealth of information is stored here and more and more is being collected.
However I would never be without my books.

^^^ Yea thats what I mean by wanting to get a book or two. I know there is an infinite amount of info on here and other sites, but I like having that there. I'd rather have DVD's though...Just some look interesting to me like BrownDirtWarrior's DVd or Never Get Busted volumes.

Books do it for me every time.
I think it's because I am handling them.
Thumbing through a well thumbed book is very satisfying.
I could never see a dvd doing the same for me.
I also write little notes, to myself.
Much as my mum does in her cook books.

If I didn't have the Cannabis bible I would probly not be able to research info to help other newbies like me. Hippy is right it's better to learn from hands on people. Think books, dvd, internet,Pro Growers is one big never ending learning exspirence.
Good Morning.
