when someone says there is a nute componant of 0.21-0.07-0.14 are they talking about Nitrogen Potassium and Phosphate and/or Calcium? and if they are, what are the right numbers and how do you put the right numbers into the soil? and i have heard that you aren't supposed to use pre-fertalized soil, does this mean that you're supposed to buy non fertalized dirt and put the nutrients in yourself? or can you buy miracle grow soil?
