Week 8 ???

Hi i am headed into week 8 i have used nothing but hesi nutrients and it says 8th week flush with plain water that means run for a week correct? well here is the problem i have half of a strain gonna be ready for the week 8 and my other half of a dif strain sativa is not ready yet what should i do seeing if i flush the other half is not gonna get to eat??? everything is in the same aeroflo unit

I have half the (hydro aerflo unit) filled with half of cheese and other half lemon skunk the cheese is about ready week 8 will be tuesday and they need to be flushed but the skunk has about 4 weeks left bloomed late just getting its white hairs heavy. so how am i gonna be able to flush the cheese and the lemon is not ready yet will the lemon just have to starve for a week???? nutes as mentioned in first post hesi nutrients (bloom and pk13/14 )and sweet thats all i have used this is indoors

don't worry about flushing in your instance... just cure the stuff that comes out first well. yu'll b fine :rolleyes: :p

Well i am kinda confused... Why would you flush? I am guessing your in flower, So are you using the Hydro Bloom? Anyways you don't flush until 1 week before harvest and that's the rull of thumb, i know a bunch of growers hew don't ever flush. Are you approaching harvest time on one strain and not the other, and this is why you are flushing? Or are you wanting to flush because the instructions state so. It is probably talking about 8th week of flower but that's not most strains. Every strain is a little different. It would be nice to see some pictures..

Sorry did not read your other post.. I wouldn't worry about flushing that one strain. Just learn this lesson, that's why you don't use the same rez for 2 dif time period plants.

Yeah i thought both strains would be done at the same time but seems a 60% sativa strain takes alot longer than an idica strain. the nutrient shedeule says to feed plain water 8th week in flower and tuesday i will be going on week 8. i heard if you dont flush though it harsh???? i keep my rez changed weekly with fresh nutes if thats any help and i keep ppm at about 850-900 ( so should i just feed it regular and cut whats done down after week 8 because i have been checking with microscope almost there i figure week 8 will cut it
