when should i start start feeding with nutrients

Hey all :)

i am a first time grower and i was wondering when and how much nutrients i should give my plants?
i havent actually bought any nutrients of yet but i will in the next couple days or so. i have done a lot of reading and i have come to the conclusion that fox farm is the best product on the market, but i am not sure which of there products i should use and for what stages i should use them for.
any help and advice would be much apreciated.

p.s i am growing bag seed so i dont know what strain they are plus they are about one inch tall and have there first two leafs.

im using some cheap soil from my local garden centre i have no idea of ph levels.

Well, if your soil has fertilizer in it, you may be set for a while... Why don't you tell us the name of the brand when you can and also the N-P-K values on the bag... If any.
