Why r my seeds taking so long to Grem.

I put in 6 Afhgan seeds into a wash cloth like I always do and wet the cloth place inside of Ziploc bagg and place on top of Freezer and put a towel over the bagg and started Grem. monday night and today is Saturday and all I see is a tiny Little Leg that trying to pop out and there about 4 of them like that.
I did 2 seeds that came off of my short plant at the same time and they were ready by wensday and planted them on friday..

I don't want to loose any of the Afhgan seeds and hopen they WILL finishing Grem. real soon..

Nope that been fine and it been Moist.

Almost a week and I still haven't been able to plant these seeds :eek: So I guess I throw them into a bucket and keep them moist and hopefully they will take off.. This is sure a disappointment..

I think you need to give your seeds just a bit longer before you give up on them. Some seeds take longer than others. Try a paper towel inside a CD case and see if that does anything. Thats what I always do and it seems to work. Good Luck. Be Patient. :)

But I hadn't had any problems with doing it this way and it don't seems to be to cold..
As for Oxygen I have left the top open for hours before I closed it back up some..
It not to wet, and it staying moist...

i germed 12 seed on fri. afternoon and planted them yesterday,sun. afternoon.germed them out in FFOF and put in small pots sun.i do not know why it takes different times.i just know i have had better luck starting with what they are gonna spend their lives in.just my opinion.works for me.good luck

seem i have same problem when I have to start new growing after taking care of other bigger plants.. its time to grow more oh well hehe.. use the tupperware bowl and lid, make sure bowl is transparent any color is fine, use the paper towel method thanks to others.. put it in the bowl upside with lid closed put that upside tupperware up somewhere dark and can get mosit with c02 like trees around near by or just dark pplace works best i get results in 3 to 6 days
